I participated in the establishment and implementation of all these functions at Seder services Company, currently we are working on the improvement and development of our work, and provide advice & consulting, guidance, and assistance to various departments in all these functions.
• Establish a business process management platform within PMO and develop strategic Projects and master plan that enables effective alignment between strategies, processes and selected Projects.
• Develop the professional road map training initiative to one of the biggest client here in Sudan, the initiative aims at providing the client staff with a designed portfolio of courses that enable them to perform thier duties effeciently and effectively.
• Analyze, trend and communicate schedule and progress information to project personnel through useful graphs and dashboard reports.
• Manage the change process.
• Responsible for managing project costs, resources, change requests, risk and issues to ensure that maximum business benefit is maintained as well as provision of regular project status updates.
• Develops project plans and ensure that the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders.
