1. Responsible for all firefighting works.
2. Installation of FM 200 systems.
3. Installation of pre-action and deluge systems.
4. Making internal plans, schedules & Progress monitoring.
5 Manage works and ensure that work is performed up to desired level of quality, standard and completed before deadline.
6. To draw & prepare As-Build Drawing, Shop Drawing & Isometric Drawing for MEP Services.
7. Making Daily Reports. Providing information and update on on-going works to MD on routine basis.
8. Cross checking of MEP Services through planning, monitoring and coordinating to avoid clashes.
9. Making openings in the wall for MEP Services.
10. Estimation and tendering for the new projects.
1. Responsible for all Drainage and Plumbing works.
2. To do site inspection with Main Contractor and Consultant for site and material.
3. To raise RFI (Request for Inspection).
4. Making internal plans, schedules & Progress monitoring.
5. Maintain inventory of store and material at site
6. Manage works and ensure that work is performed up to desired level of quality, standard and completed before deadline.
7. To draw & prepare As-Build Drawing, Shop Drawing & Isometric Drawing for MEP Services.
8. Quantity take off for Plumbing and Drainage.
9. To Supervise electrical works during site installation.
10. Making Daily Reports. Providing information and update on on-going works to MD on routine basis.
11. Cross checking of MEP Services through planning, monitoring and coordinating to avoid clashes.
12. Making openings in the wall for MEP Services.
13. Estimation and tendering for the new projects.
1. Responsible for all Fire Fighting works.
2. To raise RFI (Request for Inspection).
3. To do site inspection with Main Contractor and Consultant for site installation and testing.
4. To supervise manpower and arrange for permits.
5. Maintain material at site.
6. Manage works and ensure that work is performed up to desired level of quality, standard and completed before deadline.
