Report to Senior IT Manager and supervise team of 8, including Senior Applications Officers, Programmers, DB Administrator, Sales Design Tools Officer, 3D Modular, and Cataloger. Manage overall planning and administration of 22+ user applications and systems while driving implementation of best practices. • Created & Documented Applications Management standards for more than 22 applications based on Applications Service Library framework.
