My work experience in this filed around 10-years with following responsibilities :-

▫ Preparing and reviewing the required (HVAC) data related to projects under taken .
▫ Arranging and held meetings with all related parties for clarifying all mechanical work requirements .
▫ Prepare specifications and bill of quantity in accordance with local and international standards.
▫ Prepare detailed design for mechanical services includes :
HVAC, Fire fighting, plumping, Drainage, steams networks, medical gasses, storm water and other systems related to hospitals and hotels
▫ Revising and controlling any designs prepared by other.

REFERENCE PROJECT

□ DEVELOPMENT OF ISF (Internal Security Forces ) Camp

The development housing different types of buildings like offices, residential building, barracks, clinic, hotel, club houses, car parks, …etc .
The total number of buildings will be around 280 buildings,
The development area will be around 1000000 m2 .
The location of the development at Al- Duhail- QATAR

□ Al JASSASIYA GUEST HOUSE & SERVICE BUILDING .
The project housing 9- different types of (G+1) very special types of resorts and villas with club house and service compound housing three buildings with kitchen & laundry building and chilled water plants the project is at Al jassasiy are north Qatar .
The buildup area around 8000 m2 .

The developments consist of ( 2B + 7F- building offices + showroom building + Hotel building and separate conference building ) all are separate with common basement area to be used for car parking area and hotel services .

□ AL- MERQAB DEVELOPMENT ,
The developments consist of ( 2B + G + MZ+ 1ST +2ND +3RD ) of area around 30000 m2 each floor .
The development housing different facilities as following :-
1- Ground and mezzanine floor of total area around 30000 m2 each housing different types of retail shops ( different sizes of super markets, malls, beverage & restaurants areas, children playing areas and cinema areas ) .
2- 1st to 3rd floors are designed to be used as rentable offices of different sizes .

□ AL-SAAD DEVELOPMENT COMPLEX
Housing (4-Towers (2-(GF+18 floors) & other 2- (GF+21 floors)) & five residential building of (2B+10-floor )each and 2- basement of 320000-sq.m area).

□ DOHA CLINIC HOSPITAL EXTENSION
This building housing (2B+GF+5floor ) (40 - patient bed ).
The building have 4 -operation theater, isolation rooms, emergency wards, two story medical clinics and two story patient rooms and other related facilities .

□ QATAR Electrical and Water Foundation (KAHRAMMA), Electrical super and sub stations buildings,

□ PEARL QATAR Sales Management Center, this building are constructed of pearl shape and housing inside two story used as sales offices .
□ American school of Doha buildings, housing different level of school buildings and other related facilities (gym, swimming pool, theater, laboratories and library … etc.)

□ AL- Alawi office tower building housing (2B+GF+ 20 floor).
District cooling by Qatar cool company used to provide this project.

□ Ali Bin Ali office building housing (office tower of (2B+GF+10 floors).

□ Number of luxury palaces and majlis of different types and shapes (some of these palaces has 4000 m2 constructed area ) .

□ Many residential buildings and villas housing ( G+1F to B+G+7 floors) .
Ducted split units and mini split units Is used for residential buildings of suitable capacities .
