Assigned by HP Presales Head Quarter WW team as Saudi Arabia HP Network Ambassador, I’m contributing with EMEA & WW technical & Product management teams in developing and supporting HP Networking products & services locally & worldwide.
Handling & managing the daily IT network & security’s operation & support tasks for all ZAIN Saudi Arabia (www.sa.zain.com). With adherence to all aspects of ITIL framework.
Identify technologies and tools to implement the critical elements of the enterprise and security architecture
Research and monitor security exploits and vulnerabilities applicable to the company environment
Leading many rollouts for enhancing the network performance & health including: network management, wireless connectivity, WAN connectivity & security management.

Job Duties:
Lead Riyad Bank "National IPT & Voice Project" which consisted of two huge phases (Design & Implementation). This project was directly supervised by Cisco Systems and implemented by a selected Cisco Partners (kingdom wise branches & offices).
Lead the design, implementation & support of Riyad bank "E-Branch Project". It was a new concept of business branch which had a complete Cisco IPT/VOIP unified solution (50 sites -initially).
Prepared the design & technical specifications for a Riyad Bank "43-new branches project". This rolled out a complete (day-one) VOIP ready business branches kingdom wise. (1200+ IPT).
Handled the day-to-day support, operations & implementations for Riyad Bank Unified Communications & IP network.
Managed & Implemented Riyad Bank communication for all ATMs’ & Branches’ Security & CCTV systems (Digital Recording System, Burglar Alarm system & Access control system).
Supported Riyad Bank’s backbone network (LAN & WAN).
Supported Remote Access services between RB & trusted partners.
Managed & Implemented Riyad Bank ATM (Auto Teller Machine) communication migration from SNA to TCP/IP (1200 + router installations).
Handled the installation of WiMax & VSAT link that connecting RB branches & ATMs.
Provisioned, maintained the connectivity for the Datacenter, Head Quarter, branches & remote site (Kingdome wise).
Installed & configured Router, Backbone & Edge switches on different platforms like Cisco, 3Com, Nortel, & Alcatel.
Installed, configured management tools, 3Com Network Supervisor (3NS), Cisco Works.
Handled the daily support & operations for the “National Guard” Corporate network.
