TIBAH Airports Operation Company is a newly established company that works in Airports management and different airport activities.
The company is a Consortium between TAV Airports, Al Rajhi Holding and Saudi Oger, that conducted a privatization of the Medina airport which is the first kind of business in SAUDI ARABIA And the Middle East.

Responsibilities :-

 Controlling and supervising all financial affairs in the company
 Leading accounting and finance team
 Tax returns preparation, attending tax audits and answering GAZT queries. This is including but not limited to VAT, withholding tax, annual tax and Zakat computations and filings, obtaining Zakat certificate, keeping deadlines and avoiding penalties, .etc.
 Founded Accounting, finance, revenue collection and budget departments.
 Managing investments plans and supervising their implementation
 Created financial policies and procedures.
 Implemented the entire accounting system along with inter-Department relations
 Controlling and authorizing the financial statements
 Setting the financial policies and procedures.
 Implemented all oracle financial modules (Release 12i - latest version) and ensured smooth running
 Developed a starting financial model for 25 years
