Multinational company under contract between Saudi Arabia’s Government and the United States of America’s Department of Defense to support the Saudi Arabian National Guard Modernization Program.
Recently, Aviation Program has been started this year. My Role is to assist in strategic planning and implement wide solutions under available resources.

Company Profile:
The Bureau of General Auditing monitoring the performance of the executive units of government in order to ensure that the state's revenues were correctly used and efficiently deployed to serve the general benefit of society. The Bureau was formed as a subsidiary of the Council of Ministers, was made up of four departments: General Secretariat, Monitoring of the State's Accounts, Technical Experts, and Grievances.
Tasking and responsibilities:
1. Editing letters to request the monthly account Directed from general Director of the civilian sector to the general Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Ministry of Health.
2. Receipt accounts months with archives.
3. Classify the account into the four parts (1st, 2nd, 3rd and, 4th quarter).
4. Examining the sequence of bills of exchange with documents
5. Distribution accounts under the supervision of the Director upon auditors, as classification adopted as appropriate
6. Compiling documents that noted by auditors, and prepare Schedule to count these remarks, and then return it back to the purse.
7. return the monthly account to the ministry of health
8. Receipt copies of the contracts between companies and the Ministry of Health
9. Distribute inbox, keeping a backup copy for reference when needed
10. Send outbox, and follow-up if that necessary, and then save the backup copies for reference when needed
11. Saving a records for employees vacations & attendance status
