Conduct impact assessment research and reporting on “Enhancing selfemployment youth in Gaza through digital channels project partnership with
Business and Technology incubator BTI”.
Daily Managing of food security program includes two components (e-voucher CBT
and In-kind food distribution) and ensure program operations are consistent with
WFP and donors polices and guidelines.
Prepare and manage budgets and timelines, including developing monthly program
spending plan and cash forecasts. Develop and document appropriate SOP’s for CBT
to beneficiaries, ensuring that transfers adhere to the WFPs policies and procedures
and maintain effectiveness, transparency and accountability procedures are in
place.
Undertake regular field monitoring visits to assess progress and identify technical
quality issues and/or other implementation issues, provide solutions and implement
modifications as required.
Manage the targeting process using the Proxy Means of Test Formula (PMTF) to
survey more than 30, 000 households in Gaza Strip.
Develop DRR strategy and ensure compliance implementation by staff and partners.
Contribute in WFPs’ contingency plan for Gaza Strip and West Bank to preparedness
and response. Set up emergency response systems, food and NFIs procurement and
distribution systems and manage emergency response programs during conflicts in
Gaza Strip.
Set up program structure include five unites and design and improve management
system based on international quality management system ISO 9001 and Core
Humanitarian Standard CHS integration with donors, & WFP regulations. Analyses
social survey, economic, humanitarian and political context to develop program
strategy and contribute to proposal wiring and design methodology. Contribute to
raise capacity building for staff and enhance team spirit among staff.
Managing and performing general facility management, administrative and related
office functions. Overseeing office security and field access to ensure the facility is
accessible to all employees, and beneficiaries while maintaining a safe and secure
environment. Ensuring security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
Manage all activities of social project (poverty reduction project) funded by Islamic Relief UK and supervised of 5 field coordinators, 15 researchers and trainers and prepare progress report and all project interim payment

- Food factory (dairy, canned food) in Jordan
- Quality management system for several laboratories
Practical engineer in material dept. and testing materials according to international standards (ASTM, BS standard). And achived all chemical testing for construction material & chemical analysis).
