Responsible for the implementation of Total Quality Management and align it with the strategic business plans to achieve the organizational excellence and beneficiary’s satisfaction. Monitor and implement quality control activities to comply with the processes and procedures, enhancement of the PMO templates as well as compliance checklist, assurance document control for all project management documents. Lead the quality management team to plan and execute internal audit as per ISO 9001:2015 standards, monitor and track corrective actions as per the internal audit outcomes, and review weekly reports for quality assurance.

Responsible for the coordination and management of all tendering/purchasing activities related to VRO to ensure effective purchasing and delivery of ministry’s consultation projects/services. Other responsibilities include enhancement of procurement processes and define new business requirements for the VRO as per the NTP 2020 and Vision 2030.
Provide consultation services to help organizations to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve business performance.
