Documentation of Bill Of Lading.
Documentation of L/C Shipment and FCL / LCL Cargo.
Documentation of Hazardous Cargo as per their defined class.
Co-ordinating with various departments for Tracking and Tracing.
Updating tariff rates as per the Service Contract.
Auditing freight rates in the Bill of Lading.
Checking Equipment status.
Checking credit status of the customer with the help of NANDA (name and address details).
Co-ordinating with the Head Office in Tampa, Florida (US) regarding the shipment of Break-bulk Cargo.
