Responsible for increasing the sales of VIVA Telecom products and services to new and existing specialized or multinational corporate customers and government owned companies, through effective relationship management.

Corporate Sales:

•The first point of contact for large specialized, high end or multinational corporate enquirers that have been referred and qualified by Corporate Lead Management.

•Answer queries and provide information about various VIVA Telecom services and products.

•Identify and contact potential new customers in Kuwait and present appropriate VIVA Telecom products and services as a solution to their telecommunications needs.

•Develop an account plan for current customers including corporate customers, and government owned companies.

•Create sales plans for potential new corporate customers.

•Work autonomously to implement the account / sales plans.

•Gather information on potential customers needs and address objections, concerns and queries to be able to close the sale.

•Develop written proposals, offerings, quotes and competitive tenders.

•Develop reports and proposals as part of sales presentations to illustrate benefits use of the VIVA Telecom's services.
