• Witnesses the daily inspections to ensure the works is going as per
the approved shop drawings, as per contract and applicable codes,
standards and specifications.
• Reviewing contractor-submitted shop and as-built drawings and
coordinate with the concerned departments for resolving issues and
obtaining their approval and for their comments.
• Inspection of power cables, Transformers, panel boards, Internal and
External and Façade lighting system and their control, fire alarm system,
CCTV system, Emergency power system with generator, Central battery
system, BMS system, MCC system, Access control System, Voice and
Data, Public Addressing and Audio visual system.
• Attending meetings with the contractor and sub-contractors to resolve
Interfacing problems during construction and attending the Work progress
meeting in PMC with Client.
• Inspecting Contractors Electrical Installation and Testing Activities and
providing clearance for approved works.
• Witnesses all testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up
activities to assure contractors compliance with the approved plans and
procedures.
• Inspecting incoming material Invoices and Billing invoices for payments for
work progress submitted by contractor

Responsibilities:
Project development: preliminary engineering to detail designs to construction and the final safe turnover to proponent.
Manage General Engineering Services (GES) design contractor activities during the development of project proposal, include definition of project work scope and schedule requirements. Development of detailed estimate leading to funding appropriation and approval.
• Review the scope of work related to Electrical and Instrument Drawings and other documents as per the Aramco standards at different stages like Design Basis Scoping paper (DBSP) FEL-2, Project Proposal FEL-3, issued for bidding package (IFB) Project, Value engineering, Execution & Control and Project Closure.
• Reviewing contractor drawings and Coordinates with the concerned
departments in Aramco for obtaining their approval and closure of
their comments.
• Visiting the site along pipelines corridor to secure the Interface of Electrical, Instrument and Communication Scope.
• Utilizing the existing system to provide power for the new system or to provide the power with the solar system where there is no source available.
• Handling Issues related to Interface and Technical Query and initiating the CRM’s to get the required information.
• Executing Electrical studies like ETAP study, Cathodic protection system, Solar Vs Utility study
• Attend project weekly and monthly meetings with contractor, PMT Team and other department in Armco e.g progress status, stakeholders, design review, plot plan, value improvement and issues related to the site and drawings, Project work schedule and the drawing control list….etc
• Conducting cost benefit analysis solar Vs utility study in order to check and utilize the best source with less cost which will be profitable for the project
• Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.
• Working on company systems tools like CRM, EPM, E-Review system, Sharek.
• Review the interface management system provided by the contractor which includes interface secured from the different locations on the site
• Manage contractor preparation of detailed design drawings, material specifications and procurement, and/or construction bid packages.
• Review and resolve day to day contractors claims and complaints related to assigned project (Electrical) work during construction, and ensure HSE compliance
• Review, coordinate and monitor invoices (claimed vs. actual physical progress checks) and contractor's submittals.
• Be familiar with leading equipment manufacturers/ Vendors.
• Be familiar with international procedures of Projects Phases, Engineering Phases, Bidding procedure, Procurement Process, Construction Requirements, and up to date Best Practices
• Assist in managing and reviewing the project progress, i.e., planned vs actual. Review of project schedule, coordinating and monitoring the assigned project progress, and challenge below par performance of the contractor.
• Develop and preparation of contracting plan and strategy for solicitation, evaluation, and award of contract for detail engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Managing complete project deliverables from initial stage to closing including review and approval project related activities.

• Monitoring Telephone and data cable lay out and out-lets for data and
Telephone Units.
• Monitoring the installation of Addressable Fire alarm annunciator
(Repeater) panel with controls Smoke detectors, Heat detectors,
sprinkler head, Beam detectors and HVAC System(Shut down)and
Fire Fighting unit.

Under gone training with Current Technologies International GmbH Based on Powerline communication product in Magenwil, Switzerland.
Responsibilites :
- Installation of the powerline products using conductive and
inductive techniques.
- Installation of Medium and low voltage Head-ends,
gateways in the distribution panel using ferrites for
Signaling.
- Installation of the CPE's in costumer rooms for accessing
the Triple play (Data, voice over IP and Video on Demand).
