I have the responsibility of a project Manager in which I was responsible for managing, directing, supervising and communicating all the works of a commercial building that consists of 10 stories.
During this long period I had the responsibility of a project manager in the company in which I was managing, controlling and directing several types of construction projects such as luxury Villas, residential and commercial buildings in Dubai Emirate.
My major responsibilities included
- Review contract documents as per the standards
- Create alternative high level project plans at the beginning of
the project
- Manage, coordinate and communicate large group of team
members.
- Review and control the cost plans for the projects
- Communicate and corporate with different parties such as
clients, suppliers, subcontractors.
- Create and communicate a quality control system within the
projects.
During this period I have supervised four residential buildings in which each consists of five stories. My work included supervising all types of works such as architectural, structural, mechanical electrical and infrastructural works in the projects.
As a site supervisor engineer my responsibilities were:
- Take the responsibility of supervising all kinds of construction
works in the project including Architectural, Structural,
Electrical, Mechanical and Finishing works according to the contract documents.
- Take the responsibility of quality control for the project work.
- Take the responsibility of official documents (including letters
and technical reports) as well as reading and checking
construction documents.
- Take the responsibility of coordination between
subcontractors and provide help for the contractors in their
works any time they need that.
I have been responsible for supervising and directing a private luxury Villa that consists of two stories with basement starting from the infrastructure work until finishing all the landscaping works.
During this period I have been responsible for supervised two commercial buildings and one private luxury Villa. My work in all the projects included supervising all types of works such as architectural, structural, mechanical electrical and infrastructural works in the projects.
During this long period, I had managed the responsibility of supervising a lot of construction projects such as Commercial buildings, Residential buildings and private luxury Villas.
