- Responsible for selecting the best combination of materials for specific purposes considering the costs implications of materials used and alternatives, in terms of both time and money, then purchasing them after the consultant approval.
-Preparing packages (studying specs, preparing B.O.Q, unifying & coordinating types).
-Assigning subcontractors and suppliers (preparing all necessary documents for contracts and P.O.s including prices detail, scope of work, area of application, legal documents).
- Also to Follow up Material Delivery from fabrication process until it reaches the site.

-Making new 3d structure system simulation for insuring the quality of construction process in the site.

- Sketching up clients' ideas and developing it with them.
