Petro-Energy Exploration & Production Co. formally CNPC International Sudan \nSince 9 Apr.2006 to present (regular) (Field Base: 35days working & 35days leave) \nWorking as Chemical Engineer in operation of Visbreaking Plants, Desalting Plants \nPosition: Chemical Engineer \n \nDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: \na. Confirm the process parameters and provide corrective actions during the shift time (includes desalting system, reaction, fractionation, boilers, pumps, water system, chemical injection, etc) \nb. Monitor unit mass balances, heat exchangers performance trends, yield trends and performance of advanced control loops. \nc. Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support. \nd. Provide routine performance monitoring of process units and recommend improvements to procedures and operating guidelines that will improve process unit performance and optimization. \ne. Issue procedures and regulations to sustain safe and smooth operation. \nf. Support in the field of chemical process engineering covering all aspects from conceptual design, through detailed engineering, process modification, day-to-day activities, and long-term performance improvements. \ng. Follow operating personnel in implementing procedures, and assisting in normal shutdowns, startups and emergency operations. \nh. Responsible of chemical agents used in process unit and provide calculation to determine proper dosing. \ni. Responsible to keep staff aware with HSSE aspects by providing required safety training, conducting periodic safety meetings. \nj. Ensure system compliance with safety standard. \nk.
