Responsibilities: PLAN
- Planning upon the customer requirements, setting the functions, assigning the resources (inner/out sourcing) needed for the function and contacting them to review the customer requirements and gather the required feedback to assert the targets.
- Project planning, setting the time frame and the required phases to implement the plan:
(Development - testing - quality control feedback - UAT)
- Attaining the customer approval upon delivery, Schedule the go-live plan.
- Closing the project and delivering the final product on live environment.

Responsibilities: Managing the team
- Setting the needed resources.
- Review customer requirements with the resources and plan the time frame.
- Assign the responsibilities within the team.
- Follow up on the project plan/time frame.
- Coordinate between team members and solve any problems related to the tasks.
- Receiving feedback from Quality control to make sure it meets the customer’s requirement.
- Communicate with the team to improve the out-put performance to meet the customer requirements/Launch UAT with the customer.
- Receive customer’s feedback regarding UAT then modify -if needed- to reach highest customer’s satisfaction.
- Coordinate with launching team to receive the out-put from all team members.
- Follow up on the implementation of the go-live plan with the team.
- Manage the team hand by hand to assure product efficiency on live environment.
