-Reporting to Automation Solution Division manager (Energy, Water, SCADA, BMS, Instrumentation, Leak detection system).
- To advise Sales Team, customers, end users and consultants to how our products and services could be designed or modified to suit their needs.
-To explain the benefits of our products to potential customers and to demonstrate how our products are better than the products of other competitors.
-Design for minimum cost and maximum possible profit complies with project specification.
-Collecting and study the quotations from vendors, Materials Supplier and subcontractors.
-Prepare the technical submittals/proposals, including the related drawings, layouts, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, Input/output list, Sequence of operation, bill of materials.
-follow up the projects with sales team and operation department for further modifications.
-Search for new products and solutions to increase our division competition.
-Fully responsible for the management of the electro-mechanical maintenance of the structure and permanent machinery accessories.
-Fully responsible for the preventive maintenance of the installed machineries that includes replacement of broken parts.
-Directly responsible to the Manufacturing Manager in the reporting of faults and progress of the company fixed assets.
- Responsible for determining the right spare parts, tools and materials needed for the smooth operation of the factory.
- Responsible for the daily checking of fire extinguisher locations, fire alarm, systems workability and test of fire hose reel, also checking of accessibility to emergency fire exists.
-Production Engineer from Apr 2006 to December 2008
-Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.
-Full responsibility towards the supervision of manpower safety procedures & quality of production.
-Responsible to the proper handling of machineries by the operators, the issuance of proper tools to accomplish the job.
-Responsible for monitoring the stock level of raw materials used for production.
- Prepare production schedule and review the availability of raw materials so as to achieve production program.
-Prepare monthly production summary and delivery of plant finished products.
-To train and develop the skills of leading hands and monitor leading hands performance.
- Participate where required in safety issues.
