Planning -Control-cost:
Prepare budgets
Evaluate performance and measure the deviations .prepare variances report. Take corrective actions. (Provides management with reports).
Ability to generation & developing and modifying the cost accounting system.
Supervises special cost studies.
Ensures timely and accurate labor, material and overhead reports,
Organize periodic inventory and continues inventory for warehouses and branches.
Pricing of materials - and monitor the prices of transfers between branches and departments.
Review Bill of Material BOM periodically.
Work accordance with accounting responsibility and according to the organizational structure. Identify shortcomings, various activities.
Work accordance with (SBU) STRATEGIC BUSINESS UNIT.
Extensive knowledge of the new systems as (ABC) Activity Based Costing,
(JIT) Just In Time manufacturing, (BSC) the Balanced Scorecard, I have full knowledge to contemporary problems of costs and accounting treatment.
Accounting and Finance:
Performs basic accounting functions including payroll, billing, accounts receivables and payables, general & subordinate ledgers and revenue with their cost centers.
Prepares cash receipt vouchers and journal entries and make adjusting and closing entries for all accounts.
Maintaining, controlling and performing timely and accurate reconciliation of the company accounts including:
• Cash & Banks.
• Customers & Other Receivables.
• Suppliers, contractors & other payables.
• Costing and revenue accounts.
• Enter-company accounts.
• Inventory.
• Accrued & Prepaid expenses.
• Assets, liabilities and capital.
Control & Implementation Electronic Bank Operations. Establishment, Control long-term bank facilities. Cash flows. L.C and letters guarantee.
Assist in preparing financial statements (Balance sheet, Statement of income and other financial reports), analyzing accounting records and business operations.
Maintaining accurate, complete and up-to-date accounting records and providing financial and management reports on timely basis.
Authorizing all transactions and adjustments entries prepared by accountants for posting to accounting records.
Monitoring and reporting customers aging balances in coordination with the Collection and Follow-up departments.
Monitoring inventory controls periodically and reconcile book balances to physical counts and reports variances and differences within the prescribed policies to the company's management.
Providing analysis and explanations on accounts balances, business operations, trends of costs and revenues to the company management to provide advice.
Coordinating with / and assisting the external auditor in providing the required information and supporting schedules for the interim and year-end audit.
Conducting studies and submitting Recommendations for improvement on methods and quality of existing company accounting operations and services and reporting policies and practices.
Organizing of work, controlling of priorities and producing timely and accurate interpretive data for providing to company management through an effective system of reports and control to help in taking key financial decisions.
Ensuring all company staff are complying with all internal controls, policies and procedures of the company from time to time to prevent any deviations.
Following up the relationship of the company with the sister companies and our investment in other companies and new branches.
Making all the analysis of the financial reports in Excel & Power Point if needed.
