•Oversight of the development of a Business Plan, Annual Budget and Periodic Financial Reports and submission of the same for Board approval.
•Assignment of duties and determination of terms and conditions of employment of Company personnel.
•Management of all Company personnel, including hiring and firing, promotion and layoff.
•Planning the Company’s overall procurement programs and implementing such programs, including capital equipment, consumable supplies, contracting and consultancy services.
•Maintaining the Company’s master files and making the same available to the Board as need be.
•Overseeing the Company’s accounts and assuming responsibility of the commercial viability of the management decision and successful achievement of the Business Plan.
•Build an engaging brand presence on, Twitter, Google +, YouTube
•Reviewing and updating social platforms daily
•Evaluate social media technologies to assess if new approaches would be applicable
•Create and maintain editorial calendar for multiple channels
•Monitor and analyze tracking data
•Set and achieve goals for driving social media channel growth and engagement
•Strategically post multi-media messages to selected social media channels
•Visit existing and new customers.
•Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate services and features.
•Study tenders and define price levels Identify research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
•Apply an extreme emphasis on lead generation and acquiring sales prospects until the pipeline is developed.
•Complete responsibility of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and continued relationship management thereafter.
•Contribution to the success of the role through number of new customers added to the portfolio.
•Point of contact for all matters relating to customer contracts.
•Maintain relationship with existing clients while identifying new areas of business.
•Obtain sales deals from new clients by meeting with them to provide our training service information and to recommend the most useful training based on their requirements.
•Actively manage client accounts and contracts.
•Organize, plan & conduct as well as attend various outdoors sales meetings.
•Prepare and present proposals to clients.
•Develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
•Being accountable for and managing quarterly account planning and pipeline.
•Responsible for meeting set revenue targets.
•Maintain contact with client post sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Follow up with customers / collection Dept. regarding payments & collection.
•Ensure reports to management are accurate and timely.
•Attend industry functions / remain current on competitor products
•Coordinate and organize meetings and/or special events.
•Negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
•Analyze and solve problems.
•Plan, organize, and implement a range of sales promotion programs and events
