1.Prepare and Review of Job Packs, Notifications, ASR/AWR jobs, Carry-out Site / Field Visits
2. Arrange meetings for Job scope with the ERG, Process, Safety, Maintenance & Production
3. Study of Scope, SMPs, Project Specs and preparation of RFQs, PR, BOQs
4. Prepare Master Deliverable List and list out Long lead items
5. Review of Vendor Docs and Offers, Technical Queries and relevant Technical documents
6. Prepare TBEs and CBE with the Proposal Team and proceed for Final-Approval of Management
7. Monitor Master Project Plan and control the Daily Progress; Assist Schedulers for updates
8. Look-up and Arrangement of Resources (Work/ Material)as per the project demands
9. Close-coordination with Sub-contractors, Vendors for updating the project progress as well as for Look-up Schedules and mitigation plans
10. Raise RFI/IWR for the QA/C related Shop/Maintenance activities and for Final Clearance
11. Analyse and prepare for the contingency requirements in course of project
12. Follow-up Pre/post-shutdown activities viz. JSA and Scaffolding & Insulation, Painting requirements for the final approval with the Production / Safety / Technical / Operations / Maintenance teams
1. Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of Structural Steel Drawings and process for procurement.
2. Clarification of errors in drawing with Structural designer and Architect
3. Generation of S-Curve and resource histogram.
4. Monitoring progress throughout all phases and comparing to the baseline.
5. Attending monthly progress meetings and discussing about the progress made
