Projects Manager for several ongoing works. Duties include monitoring and controlling the progress, cost analysis, Contractual administration, support the execution team with technical back ups, liaising with the Clients, Preparing the contract documents, handling the correspondence on behalf of site management, check for compliance with respect to specifications the materials and work in site etc...
complete supervision of all site activities, structural and architectural, review and comments of material submittals, shop drawings, as built drawings, attending progress meetings and preparing minuts of meeting, coordination with other disciplines engineers on related maters.Resigned when the project in abu dhabi was over and transferred to dubai. Could not relocate to dubai due to family reasons.
construction supervision to ensure compliance with project specification, material testings and other quality control activities, providing technical advice and details to the execution team, follow up of ncr;s, fcr's, itp's, icl's rfi's etc.
