Duties:
In-charge of all Aramco sales and to achieve the target sales for all agreement items. Preparing bids documents as per Aramco requirements, agreement items maintenance record, updating material submittal log, preparing monthly forecast reports, as well as various administrative documents (Quotations letters, faxes, memos, etc). Coordinating with Saudi Aramco Buyer’s & Material Forecasting Dept and giving them feedback whatsoever issues arises during material requirements.
