• Independent Handling of Task given.
• Site mobilization with necessary infrastructure required at different location to execute job smoothly.
• Activity planning of work on daily and Weekly basis.
• Coordinating for a stage wise check out with Client and Consultants for work approval to proceed further.
• Ensuring works are being constructed in accordance with the drawings and specification.
• Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Preparing Weekly and reporting our senior.
• Ensure the processes are introduced and controlled to meet requirements and in order to ensure the quality of the finished product. Review and revise as necessary.
• Liaise with the Sub-ordinates to ensure that all resource Allocation is available when required and used effectively at all times.
• Liaise with Agent and Engineer to discuss Works Procedures and to ensure that they are used efficiently.
• Attend weekly Sub-contract meeting and liaise with Sub-contractors on a daily basis.
• Reporting all items of additional works, day works and delay keeping to the Commercial dept.
• Reconciliation of Material on weekly and monthly basis.
• Billing, Verifying and approving of work done by Sub-Contractors.
• Carry out any other duties allocated by the Superiors.
• Good communication skill and ability to elaborate in written language
