contractors (FIDIC contracts) and authorizing contractor’s payments.

paying great attention to details (regularly inspect, identify deviations from
standards and apply corrective measures), ensuring health, safety, security
and environment regulations are followed by all site staff eliminating and
avoiding any hazards.
• Increased site productivity almost 12% by working with site manager and
plant manager to allocate effectively site resources of materials and
equipment within the framework of working plan and schedule.
• Effectively supervised a team of 7 engineers from different disciplines
motivating them to add value to work processes leading to the successful
delivery of 75 guest rooms (8 building units) & 1200 sqm Conference center
including business facilities on time meeting the deadline of hosting the
African AU summit.
