• To give the fully safety training to the all new arrival workers and staffs as per the project.
• Monitor and guide the workforce in the assigned area on general safety rules and safe work practice.
• Inspection for unsafe acts and unsafe condition in the assigned area and report to hse manager.
• Submit daily hse observation sheet.
• Ensure daily tool box talk in assigned area.
• Ensure safety during crane operation at site.
• Ensure fire prevention measures during hot jobs at site.
• Advice and guide site site supervisors on hse matters.
I give the fully safety induction new worker&monitor assigned area On safety rules, inspection unsafe act and unsafe conditon, daily tool box talk safety crane operation, safety hot job, safety confined space, safety excavation, safety fire, safety erection etc.
• Ensure fire prevention measures during hot jobs at site.
• Advice and guide site site supervisors on hse matters.
• Ensure all safety equipment s available as per job requirement
• Make sure jobs excavation are executed safety
• Ensure that scaffolding in the assigned area is safe/inspected and report any unsafe working platform Prevention of falling hazards.
• Emergency evacuation plan for work site, workshop and office areas
• Having experience in Construction Company and in the plant
• Having knowledge of fire safety. GAS monitoring and alarm systems. Fire fighting, and equipment to analyze cases of injury accident and in implementation it improvement.
• Having knowledge of tools & materials relating in the construction project.
• Having fully knowledge of all types of personal protective equipments.
• Knowledge of gas monitoring system.
• knowledge of plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical items
• Documents all daily safety inspections of site equipments tools & faculties.
• Manual handling should be avoided if possible by using sack trucks or lifting equipment.
