ANRITSU & BIRD Site Master.
Installation & commissioning of Rectifiers, Indoor electrical cabling, Earth pit and
Grounding.
Pre-integration site checks according to Installed hardware and system requirements to
ensure that all the equipment are ready for Integration.
Supporting operators for day-to-day O&M activities such as alarm analysis,
troubleshooting and event-based fault investigation.
Fault Management (FM) of Radio Access Network (RAN) in National Network Operation Centre (NNOC).
Rectifying network related faults of Reliance GSM and CDMA network of all over India.
Analysis and Fault Management of Network related issues of BTS, BSC elements that include faults related to call routing, version upgrades and access network faults.
Analysis and Fault management of RF issues, MW Transmission & optical transmission.
Taking corrective actions as per different performance parameters such as Providing Technical support and guidance to Circle Engineers and Field Personnel.
Responsible for O&M of BTS, BSC (Lucent BTS, ZTE & Huawei BTS and BSCs) system for the entire CDMA and GSM network and taking action to rectify the same.
Troubleshooting of the faults, routing & other call related issues. Follow-up with circle, transport for expeditious resolution.
Initial fault clearance activities, creation of Trouble Tickets and its rectification, assignment to the Circle team.
Update Daily Report, Faulty Devices Report other relevant Reports.
Coordinating Installation and Commissioning team.
Installation and Commissioning of Alcatel-Lucent BTS for Uninor GSM Kerala.
Inspecting the sites and maintaining the Quality as per the standards.
Holding “Customer Satisfaction & Quality’ as a main strategy & working towards the customer needs.
Troubleshooting the equipments.
Giving technical support to the Our Engineers and team at site.
