Partner with other Project Finance members to develop and implement process improvements.
Monitoring financial activities of three companies.
Complete month end close, providing variance explanations to forecast.
Ensure project journal, write-offs, and financial adjustments are properly documented, reviewed and approved.
Act as a financial advisor to the Project Manager, assist in the preparation for the monthly Project review, pro-actively participate in meeting discussions to identify, communicate and address financial issues.
Cost Center reporting - Variance Analysis on budget and actual cost.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Finance modeling.
Cash flow forecasting & performing other management reports.
Monitor project and customer activity against contract terms to ensure foreign exchange rate variances and discounts are properly monitored and accounted for.
Guide the deals through closing and ensure a smooth transition to the portfolio group.
Preparing Accounts, payroll administration, preparing final statements, budgeting, working in purchase order, stock evaluation, negotiating with suppliers.
