Scope and manage technical and feasibility studies and delivery projects relating to hydrogen production technologies as well as hydrogen use in energy and industrial sector.
Manage green hydrogen industrial sector including policy & regulations, production, storage, transport technology & use.
Developing hydrogen systems and technologies such as electrolysis- based production systems, advanced hydrogen burners systems (mono-burners or hybrid burners) for industrial use particularly in (cement sector).
# Review and monitor plant operation and analyze problems that compromise production or Quality Control and Process.
# Conduct process audits, flow measurements, mass & heat balance as and when required.
# Develop budgets and expenditures of Refractories and make refractories as indicator reports.
# Participate in production planning, scheduling and coordinate Manufacturing activities through planning with other departments to ensure total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
# Performs the necessary audits of all main equipment’s and define corrective actions.
# Ensure environmental compliance by reporting, auditing and emission monitoring.
# Assist in annual operation budget and accountable for operation of Manufacturing within the budget.
# Review, analyze and monitor material handling, raw milling and kiln-pyro operations, oversee pre-heater kilns and coolers to monitor the pyro-process operation, evaluate performance and recommended improvement and/or modification to standard operating procedure.
# Assist in Summarize and analyze plant performance KPIs and process related issues through “process daily, monthly and annual reports”
# Working on AUTODESK CFD Simulation to solve thermodynamic & Aerodynamic issues.
# Leading the field portion of process studies, trials, or modifications, taking measurements, making adjustments, and collecting and compiling all relevant data for the purposes of evaluation, providing conclusions and/or determination of follow-up action.
# Provide input for cost budgeting and forecasting and control of expenditures through Identifying production bottlenecks and preparing technical solutions to overcome them in the process.
# Coordinates activities with Plant Quality Control Departments to identify standards.
# Inspection for the heavy equipment’s to evaluate it is condition and the required maintenance.
# Responsible for continuous improvement of equipment Performance Factor, Reliability, Availability, Run Factor, MTBF, Efficiency, Effectiveness.
# Auditing plant equipment’s (crusher, vertical mill, kilns, cement vertical mill “G.Pfifer”)
# Basic knowledge of drawing software in order to elaborate flow sheets
# Check the completed maintenance works for Refractories and identify its meet planned criteria.
# Maintains and updates operating and Operation manuals for the production department.
# Supervise the heavy equipment’s of the pyre process system to evaluate its condition and the required preventive maintenance.
# Make pyro process key performance indicator KPIs report via Microsoft Excel.
# Advise the control of the efficiency of the process and process equipment’s.
# Optimize the specific heat & power consumptions as per Group Standard requirements.
# Following fuel oil boiling system and it’s troubleshooting.
# Process knowledge of Quarry, grinding, Pyro process, Quality Control & Assurance, Automation.
# Coordinates activities with Plant quality control Departments.
# Lead & Coordinate daily performance meetings with Production & Quality departments to follow up and update of performance of the plant.
# Supervise the Refractories maintenance works (bricks installations, monolithic refractories, anchors mounting, ) for the pyro process system.
# Check the completed maintenance and refractory installation works and ensure the quality.
# Participate in operating and maintaining process operations up to acceptable designed standard and transfer of water-treatment know-how knowledge to Company operators.
# Monitor the performance of the equipment and process unit and provide advice and information to Company operations to ensure compliance with performance specifications.
# Participate in performance testing of the RO units, Nano filters, sand filters, and micro filters.
# Review laboratory test results and provide instruction for any process parameter corrections and adjustments of chemical dosing rates.
# Assist and advise with optimization of chemicals - carryout tests with chemicals from other suppliers and initiate and study tests to reduce usage of chemicals.
# Provide advice to Company Operations staff on the daily operation of water treatment facilities.
# Issue inspection report including the required materials.
# Chemical analyzing for the crude water and during treatment process and after.
# Monitoring quality control operations & controlling market complaints.
# Supervise the Preparation of chemical solutions and dilution to definite the concentration.
# Back wash, chemical wash for R/O unit.
# Inspection for sterilization system. Chlorination and UV and Ozone unit.
# Monitor foam & plastic (nylon) plant, and do check for flexibility & density and thickness.
# follow ISO and API requirement, plant quality plans and procedures, complete all activities identified within the department work packs.
# Continuous foam mixing machine installation and testing.
# Performs test method validations as well as leads test method improvement activities.
# Check for the output products for proper storing conditions.
# Prepare daily reports and measure and recording the yield and tolls.
# Performs on-going manufacturing quality activities such as in-process inspections, release testing.
# Prepare quality standards list and participate in handing over to the client and the authority.
# Preparing report about crushed foam and compressed foam bulks.
