Responsible for selling the company’s products, responding to clients' queries, and providing services, Testing and commissioning of the power systems and support on a range of product related issues.

Duties;

 Execution of the projects involving design, Installation, commissioning & testing of electrical equipment’s such as
I. Un-interrupted Power Supply System (BENNING France)
II. Battery charge/Rectifier (BENNING France)
III. Inverter (BENNING France)
IV. Solar Power System (Micha The Design Company)
V. Remote Terminal Units ( Emerson)
VI. Free wave Radio communications (Freewave Radio technologies)

 Performing site survey for the design packages of new facilities for electrical and instrumentation disciplines
 Troubleshoots plant electrical problems to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems.
 Technical evaluations for electrical infrastructures such as AC and DC power systems
 Estimating the overall project costing
 Technical review and evaluation of the NMR before submission to Saudi Aramco and EPC contractors
 Preparing approvals of the problem solving report plans, scheduling and providing coordination
 Preparation of designs, processes, reports, correspondence and related data and assuring the efficiency, adequacy and conformance to overall objectives of project.
 Recommending new continuous improvement solutions for installations or modifications to improve existing facilities and standardization within specific fields of endeavor.
 Designing the Complete Solar Photovoltaic Power system as per Saudi Aramco load requirement with Compliance to SAES-P-103 Standard.
 Prepare/Review of complete NMR’s for the Solar Photovoltaic, UPS and Battery Chargers system
 Estimating costs, preparing justifications with complete expenditure as required for the project
 Complete Project execution with project proposals and initiating detailed work outline and making decision as to basic processes, and/or equipment.
 Performing work with a leadership quality by delivering work to other engineers.
 Making recommendations for future study or reporting changes. .
 Pre-Sales site survey and providing the firm value for submission of Saudi Aramco BID.
 Performs inspection and testing of DC systems in Various Saudi Aramco installations to assure they are properly installed and commissioned and meet Saudi Aramco and industry specifications
 Coordination with Consultant for the designing of Electrical Systems, Utilities and machineries.
 Supervise and manage engineering and equipment’s deliverable to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
 Reviewing and reporting of the project status to Saudi Aramco
 Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.
 Planning for resources and manpower for shutdown of the plant.
 Awareness on Hazardous area classifications and selection of electrical equipment. . .
 Testing and Commissioning of UPS, DC system, battery and other quality tests as necessary to determine if equipment is safe, reliable and meets specifications. .
 Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them..
 Familiar with engineering standards ISA, IEEE, ASTM, ASMI, ANSI, NEMA, IEC
 Technical Support for the Electrical and instrumentation team.
 Complete Hardware Engineering of PLC and RTU and integration in to control Panel
 Performing inspections of an advanced, more complex nature in addition to providing day-to-day work direction, as required, for the inspection of new, existing, Suppliers facilities assuring that materials are correct for the intended service and work performed conforms to engineering specifications and/or Saudi Aramco standards.

1. Reviewing Contract Scope of Work, Project Quality Plan (PQP) & Quality Control Procedures.
2. Familiar with SAUDI ARAMCO STANDARDS- SAES, SAMSS, SAEP, 175 form, SAER, SATIP and SAIC.
3. Reviewing Material Submittal, provide applicable 9Com for particular commodity as per Saudi Aramco requirements.
4. Reviewing Request for Quotation for its compliance with Aramco Standards and Technical Requirements Reviewing Purchase Requisitions, material submittals (including Quotations) and Technical appraisal as per Aramco requirements.
5. Preparing and Submitting fabrication status log and Two Weeks Look Ahead Schedule.
6. Preparing Monthly Quality Management Report and submit for client review and records.
7. Attending weekly progress meeting with client.
8. Review Project NMR - 601, 602 & 603 accordance to respective QC Procedures and submit to client for approval.
9. Coordinating with vendor for Spare Part Data Package (SPDP) Submittal.
10. Preparing and updating the SPDP status report as per SAEP-3101.
11. Review Material Tracking Report to monitor the progress of PO Placement.
12. Preparing Inspection Assignment Packages as per Schedule “Q” Of Saudi Aramco for Inspect able Items.
13. Assigning Inspection levels and Applicable Standards for each item as per Saudi Aramco Standards (SAER-1972).
14. Reviewing Inspection Test Plan (ITP) as perform SA-175 for Items having inspection levels 2, 3 & 4.
15. Coordination with Vendor and Client (Saudi Aramco) regarding the Quality Control Requirements like Pre-Inspection Meeting, ITP and IRN etc.
16. Preparing Inspection notification in kingdom and out of kingdom.
17. Preparing IAP (Inspection Assignment Package) and submitting to client for approval Attend Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) & Site Acceptance Test (SAT), if required.
18. Preparing Inspection Assignment Packages report.
19. Preparing all updated records necessary QC Documentation of the project related.
20. Prepare Final Disposition Report (FDR) and submit it to Client.
