• Handle logistics for training activates including venues and equipment establish and maintain relationships with eternal training suppliers.
• Facilitate learning through variety of delivery method like cross, Functional, individual training and coaching sessions.
• Inform employee about training options.
• Collaborate with internal SPOC regarding employee-training needs.
• Provide feedback to program participants and management.
• Track implementation of the training plan and training budget spending.
• Database to keep track of which employees completed trainings
• Gathering feedback from the participants about the training and the trainer (Evaluation).
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate and monitor)
• Liaise with trainers and coordinate with training venue partners
• Approach for approvals and proceed with the payment invoices after the completion of the staff trainings.
• Check for commitments cases before the attendees resigned
• Oracle ERP creation of course, training attendees enrollment, corrections
• Execute tasks on a tight deadlines and deliver effective results
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, E-mail, Taking messages and handling correspondence
• Arranging appointments
• Typing, preparing and collating reports filling
• Prepare and monitor invoices
• Managing database
• Prioritizing workloads
• Varity of task say raising PR and oracle ERP.
