Main Achievements:
Being done with projects and task before the estimated dead-line, Firs project to work on was (SADAD, adding biller to IVR) done in half day.
Migrating the code with other channels (internet Banking) who use Java (IVR was having its own code which most of it was redundant) so that many components and frameworks to be reusable.
Increasing and optimizing performance of IVR servers to 20% from it was.
Aggregating 3 IVR systems in one hardware chain (having only 2 servers instead of 6).

I worked at contact center as IT Help Desk at MBS company which was Aramco contractor.
The work was piece of cake for me, average of severing 60 calls per day where others may get done with about 35. Work was mainly in helping Aramco employee and contractor in their PCs, printers, telephones, faxes, and other technical devices

Responsibilities:
Developing a software to process huge data matrix gotten form the lab. The software was intended to save more than 8 hours weekly.
