testing of material like cement, steel, bricks, water, concretecube, coarse aggregates, fine aggregates and timber and all material releated to construction .
On site
1)checking of reinforcement work as per drawing .
2) checking of shuttering work as per drawing .
3)checking of brick works .
4)plastering work
5)pre post concrete and post cocrete.
OFFICE WORK
1)Prepairing of all check list and pour card .
2)maintaining of all concrete records.
3)maintaining all qc documents like mtc report and calibration reports etc.
Inspection of incoming material with consultant and taking approval through MIR and require sample sending to lab for test.
Supervising the concrete batching plant production grade wise required slump at site to final testing.
Preparing concrete mix Design as per client specification.
Supervising the lab, Conducting all routine test.
Coordinating with site engineers for concreting work and distribute the manpower according to work priority for conducting slump test and cubes preparation for the compressive test in site.
Raising the RFI for material samplings and testing.
Training conducting with technician, helpers in lab for sampling and testing and training conducting with contractor’s foreman and helpers related to concrete in site.
Maintaining all reports manufacturer test certificate, internal and external test reports and pour cards.
Preparing Daily Progress reports & reporting to QA QC Manager and Project Manager.
