 Over seeing HSE Team and reporting to Line 1 HSE Manager/Deputy HSE Manager for areas - South Zone - ‘’6’ Elevated Stations, ‘’2’’ Park & Rides, South Depot, Viaducts.
 Promotion of zero harm through fostering the development and utilization of appropriate work practices As per BACS HSE procedures.
 Professional HSE reporting systems.
 Technical Proficiency in Safety Auditing and Compliance.
 Technical Proficiency in Incident Investigation and Case Management..
 Stimulate improvements to BACS HSE procedures and work practices.
 Work closely with Contractors/Subcontractors to influence HSE improvement.
 Participating in workplace activities involving site management to raise the quality of HSE input, including JSAs, incidents investigation and risk management.
 Providing HSE and technical support for general queries and report on HSE performance and best practice.
 Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) plans for assigned facilities.
 Providing oversight to support site activities having effective work safety arrangements
 Providing oversight to support commissioning operations and ensure appropriate risk assessment and training is conducted.
 Liaise with operations staff to ensure effective use of best practice and consistency in approach to HSE activities.
 Providing input and review with site personnel - Weekly Alerts, Monthly HSE Reports etc.
 Promote a risk-based approach to HSE management.
 Preparing detailed incident investigation reports etc.
 Worked under Line 1 HSE Manager for Covid -19 crisis management i.e. Mass testing at BACS Camp, Contact tracing, Leading a group of HSE team assigning them for extraction of Covid-19 positive tested and Highly suspected persons residing at Camps (South, Oruba, Masic), maintaining data base of confirmed tested positive patients in collaboration with BACS Operation Risk Dept. for SIPORT Data.

 Report directly to the Project Manager regarding all H&S Matters,
 Organize and conduct weekly meeting (at the client’s office or site) for H&S reviews and updates.
 Ensure that all new employees or operatives working with company received the H&S orientation program within & days joining.
 Be familiar with all H&S procedures and Documentation.
 Inspect and Monitor the place of work, ensuring that all H&S Procedures, Safe working practices are being carried out properly in accordance with relevant H&S legislation and with the requirements of Company,
 Conduct Inspection to ensure correct placement and Serviceability of safety Equipment and firefighting equipment are in place,
 Ensure that records or Checklists are completed and filed for are inspections, Accidents, Audits and Exercises,
 Organizing and carrying out emergency safety Exercises and Training,
 Assist with reporting and investigation of Accidents or Incidents and Ensure that all Accidents or Incidents are reported,
 Coordinate the H&S Activities between the company and any other individual contractors or Subcontractors who may be working with the Company,
 Ensure that safety Notices and Accidents Statistics are posted in prominent positions,
 Liaise with Client’s/Customer’s Safety Representative.

 Developing and maintaining good working relations with existing and perspective external and internal clients.
 Conduct risk assessments and audits.
 Conducting Internal Audit for Site Related Document (Health Policy, Induction, Training, Tool Box Talk, First Aid and Electrical Safety Camp Inspection ETC… )
 Monitors day-to-day safety performance by assisting with field audits, hazard identification and injury prevention.
 Facilitate employee and supervisory coaching.
 Develop technical reports.
 Responsible to recognize, monitor and make recommendations to ensure that workplace safety hazards are corrected through on-site audits, consulting, ergonomic assessments and interventions according to BACS Procedures and other regulatory requirements.
 Strong organizer; takes initiative; adapts quickly to change; high level of work standard.
 Provide technical safety consulting services to plants or areas within Xcel. Responsibilities include recognition, evaluation and recommendations for minimizing employee injuries/illnesses through hazard identification, incident investigation, audits, ergonomic assessments and review of accident history
 Work independently to provide on-site Health and Safety support.
 Communicate with clients and people of varying levels of professionalism, education, etc.
 Understand clients' needs and build excellent relationships.
 Develop and implement health and safety project programs.
 Analyze injury data and produce meaningful reports and recommendations.
 Plan and organize service requests to meet target dates and production goals.
