• Provide guidance & support to junior staff in the execution of their work and ensure proper knowledge transfer to develop them and improve their performance
• Conduct mid-year and annual performance appraisal of direct subordinates to monitor their work performance and identify their training and developmental requirements
• Team building: roles & priorities distribution, conflict resolution, candidates selection, performance monitoring, future & training plans and coaching
Planning & Budgeting:
• Yearly annual budget planning, including the planning of new Solutions, contracts, required manpower, support & licensing agreements
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of Solutions and processes taking into account leading practices and productivity improvement
• Plan, identify, evaluate & choose right support and operations offerings for IT Solutions
