Budget Control:
Preparation of budget vs. actual comparison reports on monthly bases.
Ensure sufficient budget before issuing any payments by processing the pre budget approval form.
Accounting and Control Activities:
Preparing and sending the central bank of UAE reports in monthly bases.
Updating and reviewing the daily variance report.
Maintaining of Fixed Assets schedules and monthly entries of depreciation.
Maintaining of the monthly Payroll entries.
Maintaining of prepaid expenses schedules and posting the monthly closing entries for the same.
Account for accruals and maintain related register for control and updating purposes.
Maintaining of bank accounts reconciliations and clearing entries.
Maintaining of staff loans suspense accounts reconciliation.
Reviewing and checking the journal vouchers before posting in system.
Daily checking of J.V’s audit report after posting in the system.
Associates companies’ transactions, reconciliations and issuing debit notes if any.
Maintaining the monthly closing file.
Any other responsibilities according to the work requirements.
Payables Accounting and Control:
Maintenance of vendors’ books that include vendors’ information and account balances.
Issuing payments to vendors in compliance with applicable company’s policies and procedures
Maintain and posting all payables related accounting entries.
Maintains post dated cheques (payable & receivable) reports.
Daily updating of payment status report and provide it to treasury for cash flow report.
Cash Accounting and Control:
Handling all petty cash payment related activities and ensuring compliance with applicable company policies.
Maintain and posting all petty cash related accounting books.
Responsible for checking, processing all suppliers’ purchases invoices.
Prepare payments, cheques and issuing it to various suppliers.
Maintaining the Bank reconciliation for various bank accounts and preparing the necessary entries for the same.
Maintaining the sales invoices entries.
Checking, processing and reconciliation of cash bills and vouchers.
Preparation of Inter-companies reconciliation.
Maintaining vendor’s ledger.
Preparing companies’ classification upgrading documents.
Any other responsibilities according to the work requirements.
Responsible for all procurement activities of the company
Guiding and distributing the work between the department’s staff.
Maintaining and updating all suppliers’ records and files as per ISO requirements.
Preparing all documents which are relating to the purchasing process (i.e. Sending quotation requisitions to different suppliers, preparing the comparison statement between supplier's quotations and arranging the purchasing orders)
Preparing all ISO 9001 Documents which relating to the purchasing department.
