• Assisting the contracts department in preparing monthly payment certificate • Preparing back charges for the damage and submitting it to the Project manager. • Highlighting the problems in drawing by Raising RFI, ECR • Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through inspection ticket. Academic Achievement: • 1st Runner up, the topic as "Electromagnetic Bombing ". • Achieved 1st position in Running Competition Functional Experience In Details: BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited), From Oct 2009 to Dec 2010: Under gone the Switchgears strong training and developed a Project on "Electrostatic Field Analysis Switchgears & Protection Dept. and specially on SF6 up to 245KV Capacity and its utilization in the standard power distribution circuits. In this project we have to designed the insulation media and analyzed the breakdown strength of the material by considering the different geometries and then at the contacts of the circuit breaker which causes the fault due lightning, over load and also due to restriking voltage etc. in order to increase the life span of of 245KV SF6 Circuit Breaker Interrupter Using Maxwell's Software" in the material. Industrial Experience: (Real Time) ACWA Pipe (Arabian Company for Water Pipes Industry Ltd. (Rabigh, KSA) Through with the manufacturing of GRP Pipes s with DN 300 to DN 3800, in this process a chain of Machines and Equipments plays a vital role to achieve the Production on time, in which several breakdown occurs which is used to solve with the help of wiring diagram including PLC input and Output signals which can be seen on the console panel. Electrical: Real time Experience in AC/DC Motors, Diesel Generator, Chiller, Screw Air Compressor, PLC systems, Solenoids, Limit Switches, Proximate Sensors, Capacitive Sensors, Cable selection, Installation of new Machines including all site apart from production etc.
