• Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising the Installation Works. Monitor, verify, and document the work being performed and provide technical assistance to the construction team as needed.
- Overall In charge for the material testing and handing over procedure.
- To ensure proper implementation of design at site. Ensuring all activities are controlled as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan.
- Implement daily program of works, checking and ensure quality workmanship.
- General supervision and inspect the installation
- Monitor, verify, and document the work being performed and provide technical assistance to supervisor.
- Serve as the Site Representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of mechanical works.
- Investigate equipment and system failures or unexpected maintenance problems
Planning for the Monthly Production Plan and Weekly Production Plan.
- Supervising and handling of the Production lines
- Inspection and controlling of specification of all products and
processes
- Identify quality and productivity problems
- Ensure QA standards are met and report on compliance including performance against QA Management.
