Manage all aspects of all vendors in transmission department from Mobilization, design, installation and integration and receiving of all equipment to the Full execution of the project, oversight of all contractors performing the infrastructure and installation activities, and testing through final acceptance. Coordinate with various department of Mobily and the contractor on aspects of design synchronization, and technical support during installation, testing till the project handover. • Execute the project in accordance to the Project Plan, Track the project implementation progress, Manage communication with vendors and ensure the availability of deadlines and schedules of all assigned tasks.
• Requesting new subnets and port, referring HLD, applying accordingly with REMEDY SYSTEM.
• Cabling & configuration Sending request with Remedy system to HDNOC fill ODF form, providing all information, Location, Link Type, Cable length, Rack Name, Node Name, Local Interface, ODF Name, Connecter Type, from both the end.
• Approval to open the firewall port with ISD-CAP. Creating CRQ providing HLD. Matrix of Communication Flows Optical Products, Traffic matrix which contains the direction, providing rules accordingly bidirectional or unidirectional specific ports to allow communication between the server and node, which need to open type of network if it’s DCN, Enterprise or MPLS. Applying to open all port secure and unsecure as per HLD.
• Request to open the firewall ports, as per the SOC operation schedule fallow up, Sending request for routs for different networks, Enterprise, DCN, MPLS, coordination with different firewall team like SBC FW, SRX FW, JUNIPER FW, FORTINET FW.
• Troubleshooting with SOC and HDNOC Explaining the difficulties which vendors are facing.
• Attending internal Mobily meeting, sending meeting request to vendors giving presentation of work follow to different venders and discussing the difficulties fallow up all venders until upload

PCPM Description:
PCPM (Public Cash/Card Payment Machine). Machines have operating functions similar to ATMs and are operated through a touch screen interface these machines are just like ATM Points. PCPM Bill Payment machines are self-payment collecting kiosks which accept cash and credit and debit card from the customers for Recharge prepaid, postpaid, internet broadband bills. Its generate receipts for customer in confirmation for the payment at the same time. SMS will be sent to the customer in confirmation for the payment Automatic restoration of suspended lines on payment Machines are customer oriented easy handling touch screen mode feature having the dialect both in Arabic and English.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling and assist with planning projects. Assist with project documentation
Ensure all commitments are met in accordance to the goals and objectives of the project
Prepare reports on project financial aspects and progress. Manage and coordinate change activities. Assist with project closure activities. Coordinate all relevant departments’ activities to ensure smooth flow the tasks of supervising and leading a team of PCPM engineers.
• Responsible for maintaining the network infrastructure for PCPM. Perform management and maintenance of PCPM facing network issues Application and transaction issues.
• Coordinate with SOC and NOC departments. Perform management of technical developments of operational importance and participation in developing or setting standards as directed. Interface with Client to ensure that PCPM performance and maintained to support the levels of availability required.
• Responsible for all PCPM in western region giving support to remote location Engineers. Monitoring with Solar winds assigning ticket to all engineers. Troubleshooting PCPM connection with network.
• Maintenance service weakly for PCPM. Identify and advise administrator of user’s inquires.
• Solving the queries of client having the difficulty with PCPM hardware and software. Configuration of IBM Web Sphere in PCPM. Using Remedy, assigning Incident tickets to all Technical stuff.
