Business Development:

Accounts Receivables/Payables, Credit Control & Collections Function (5 Years):
•Handling complete receivable function starting from collating the data for billing to the realization of payment from customers.
•Maintain accounts receivable log against customer files.
•Responsible to prepare and approve Invoices for clients then dispatching it to them and tracking of acknowledgment and then posting the same in QuickBooks.
•Verifying Man-days summary report with customers details before invoice preparation.
•Daily follow-up with the customer through the mail, over the phone & in-person meeting. Ensure the proper hierarchy of escalation (if required)
•Coordinating with customers for due payment reminders.
•Handling queries/requirements from the customers and solving the same.
•Maintaining records of payment received and posting the same in QuickBooks.
•Implementing an aging system to ensure payments are up to date.
•Assisting Finance Manager during the time of the audit.
•Share monthly sales report, Collection report, and customer due to balance report, whenever required by management.
•Responsible to prepare the Bank reconciliation statement.

Payroll Function (5 years):
•Handling complete payroll activities for more than 500 employees and ensuring the salary is been transfer to the employee’s account.
•Administers the monthly payroll generation and ensures that all transactions such as attendance, advances, and deductions are entered and updated on the system.
•Calculate the final dues for leavers or transferred employees in accordance with local laws and company policies and procedures.
•Work with WPS (Wages Protection System) for salary transfer.
