Presently working in the department of Faculty Affairs involving with Foreign contract faculty services and advisory actions:

• All matters related to foreign-contract faculty (on duty right from their date of joining).

• All in-coming correspondence requiring necessary actions.

• Matters related to faculty contracts, renewal of their contracts, transfer of services, promotions, salary increments, salary adjustments and their studies, preparation of summer contracts, authorization of payments to Payrolls, etc.

• Necessary assistance rendered on studying salary assessments for hiring new faculty (although this area belongs to Employment, but matters related to assessment of salaries for new hires are referred in order to match salaries with current faculty salaries and to assure authenticity of salaries offered to new faculty).

• Faculty retiring, resigning, going on leave of absence or on sabbatical, etc. (acknowledgement of resignations, preparation of final clearance of their accounts and its authorization to Payroll for disbursement, etc.)

• Feedback for preparation of lists for current faculty salaries and for updating them as and when necessary.

• Settlement of termination benefits (partial or otherwise, as may be decided).

• Preparation of memos and letters on all internal correspondence relating to current faculty affairs and all communication relating to them addressed to academic department chairmen, college deans, Vice Rectors, and H.E. the Rector.

• Announcements, circulars, welcome addresses to new faculty, etc.

• Handling of important departmental correspondence, editing of official letters and memos, checking their authenticity and perfectness, etc.
