Business Development - Attending Client meeting and understanding their requirements, ensuring its delivery perfectly.
Assisting in Administrative activities.Supervising the progress of each projects in hand. Procuring materials required to finish the job.
Arranging meeting with Clients/Customers. Working out the cost /quotation and providing it to the end customer. Regular follow up with the customer. Frequent site visit to ensure the work is progressing within the time frames and standards.
Ensuring the work at each site is on schedule and in standards.
Maintaining proper records of the project documents, Drawings, Attendance register of the employees.
Attending the meetings with Clients/ Customer, Sub - Contractor.
Providing the reports to the higher management as and when requested.
Proper Tracking of Material Stock.
Submital of As-Built documents to Customer and geting the approval
Managing the staff at the particular branch.
Ensuring the stock of materials in the branch.
Meeting customers and builders to get a space in their projects for our products.
