As Senior Legal Consultant responsible for:

•Reviewing and drafting current and proposed Federal Legislations
•Review, draft and modify contracts, agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Partnership contracts, contribution agreements. includes engagements with the World Bank, IFC, World Economic Forum, Airlines and engagements among different Government and non Government entities.
•Advising and assisting in the establishment of Government Entities including advising on the proper Legal mechanism for the set up.
• Advising on legal requirements, processes and procedures for issuance of new Laws, and other Legislations.
•Assimilating and analyzing information at a strategic level, ensuring that all legal issues have been studied and covered.
•Reviewing and drafting internal Policies, and procedures related to such as procurement, HR, Finance, contracts, usage of corporate Credit Card, etc. ensure that the policies do not counter with applicable laws. Ensure the proper implementation of such Polices and procedures
•Review documents provided by other parties and prepare the required reply and leading the required actions as in case of Audit Reports.
•Reviewing and drafting legal documents such as Power of Attorney, Confidentiality clauses, acknowledgement statements, legal notices, interpreting various legal documents. Including providing studies researches and comparisons, and presentations on issues referred by management.
•Instructing and managing external legal counsels to advise on and/or act on behalf of the office on any assigned legal matter.
