• Responsibilities include Financial Planning of GE Aero Transactional Services’ ~$1Bn P&L; plan & drive the consolidation of the Business Unit’s quarterly, annual, 3-year planning cycle, tracking regional results bi-weekly, ensuring full ownership of regional targets, variance analysis, quarterly close pack and support for ad-hoc business initiatives.
• Worked with cost centers’ Finance Managers to simplify a complex quarter close process, through process mapping and identifying targeted focus areas for expected P&L views, saving company 150 man hours each quarter and re-directing the focus on value added analytics for transparency of cost of goods sold by the cost centers. Awarded “Clear Thinker” Award for implementation by the Aero CFO.
• Acting Sr. Finance Manager of another ~$50M Performance Solutions P&L for 3 quarters. Worked cross-functionally with the operations teams to merge this P&L into Transactional Services P&L to drive clear accountability and ownership through highlighting Performance Solutions as a key growth driver for Transactional P&L and segmenting ownership of this P&L to regions.
• Drove re-structuring of the Firm Fixed Price contracts’ Terms and Conditions with the Commercial Finance & Sales team, eliminating historic margin dilution of $3M to $5M annually.
• Implemented a tops-down planning approach for the 3 year plan. Developed a Regional Forecast model to capture macro economic drivers affecting the business for long range forecasts.

• Worked with city of Mont Tremblant, Canada, a seasonal ski destination, to set pricing and seasonal ski schedule, while effectively managing the seat inventory based on the Load Factor and Revenue Guarantee clause set forth in the contractual agreement between the City of Mont Tremblant and Continental Airlines.
• Achieved 45% year-over-year RASM growth for all Canada markets combined, by initiating recommendations for schedule changes, aircraft and capacity management, pricing recommendations and initiatives, fare sale initiatives, along with working with the sales team to collaborate with the pricing actions for effective results.
• Effectively implemented pricing actions in IAH-YVR and IAH-YYC markets, along with recurring off-peak sales, creating a temporary competitive advantage, which were eventually matched by competition.
