• Formulating maintenance strategies/procedures and methods to enable installation/commissioning in accordance with established guidelines.
• Conducting regular maintenance check for CNC machines, high tech wood and metal machineries, air compressors, generators, tools, stores and equipments to ensure efficient machine performance at minimum cost/downtime and waste.
• Activating preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Directing, monitoring and coordinating sectional processes, evaluations and plans with maintenance staff of 70 engineers, technicians, painters, carpenters, forklift operators, IT specialists and helpers to guarantee standard running conditions.
• Handling day-to-day administrative operations, establishing work priorities, planning/scheduling maintenance jobs, interacting with departments, associates/clients and determining/troubleshooting breakdown problems.
• Organizing specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings/components. Superintending purchases made and recommending changes to improve safety requirements.
• Managing department purchase orders, costs, store stock and statistics using ORACLE group E-business suite System. (ERP system).
• Server and CCTV camera sys mgr.
• Managing the treatment process of waste chemicals and materials.
• Following up Civil defense certificates such as “Direct alarm system, Fire rated wood, glazed and metal doors”.
• Managing plant and offices building (facilities) general maintenance including power rooms and air conditioning system.
• Managing SLA and maintenance contracts for cleaning, pest control, fire safety, Direct alarm system and heavy equipment machines.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting project team to develop/implement project plan, control and planning tools in compliance with university standards and communicated the plan to all departments of the university.
• Coordinating with the project team to ensure completion of all project phases as per required university/technical specifications within scheduled deadline.
• Evaluating/identifying organizational requirements, to establish operating procedural standards and concurrently recommended project requirements/ up gradations to ensure acceptable levels of security and data recovery plans. Oversaw/coordinated the whole gamut of project activities.
• Analyzing progress/performance status, preparing periodic progress reports and submitting the same to top management to recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Allocating work modules to various teams as per expertise in specific domains under purview and consistently following up on the progress of modules, to ensure seamless integration upon completion.
