-Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
-Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Account managers and develop their skills.
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
-Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
•Manage, develop and grow specific Key Accounts by developing business programs supported with performance.
• Develop and keep updated an account plan to the company standard for all accounts.
• Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired and the appropriate contacts are made on the agree frequency.
• Develop account specific standards for merchandising, range, promotions, pricing & equipment.
• Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution & adherence to agreements.
• Issue a promotion calendar on a trimester basis as per CD guidelines.
