Job description:
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliation of subsidiary accounts with General Ledger.
• Prepare accounting tasks for real estate division and Construction department.
• Following, checking, treatment &recording human resources transaction, Salaries, leaves, wages, indemnity and finial settlement transaction, bonus &allowances according to Kuwait Laws.
• Treatment and recording the general of head office expenses
• Cash and patty cash handling.
• Reviewing the invoices and issue cheques accordingly and follow up receivables and Payable.
• Preparing all financial statement reports (balance sheet, income Statement cash flow).
• Producing reports for Management.
• Treatment and recording transaction banking and reconciliations.
• Maintaining the accounts in Great Plains accounting system.
• Managing and directing accounting department and checking accounting entries which were made by the other accountants.
• Maintain and improving documents circular as required.
• Preparing monthly budget for company and provide financing feed.
