Key Responsibilities:
•Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house).
•Develop and coordinate appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes etc.).
•Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information.
•Execute accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques.
•Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
•Identify instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
•Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
•Administer and systemize in-house training facilities and equipment.
•Prepare certificate for candidates who successfully completed the training.
Key Responsibilities:
•Install and troubleshoot Oracle Primavera P6 Professional Project Management (PPM).
•Install and troubleshoot Oracle Primavera Contract Management (PCM 13).
•Carry out day to day operational activities of IT help-desk support and systems administration.
•Install, configure and maintain software and hardware systems.
•Communicate with clients and schedule an appointment with regards to the Oracle application.
•Facilitate technical assistance and support for queries and issues related to computer software, and hardware.
1. Carry-out research and collect latest and tremendous computer security and vulnerability tools.
2. Install each tool, execute it and take its screenshots and prepare a PowerPoint presentation.
3. Build and maintain in-detail lab manual of each tool with sequence of steps and screenshots.
4. Organize lab setup manual which contains hardware and software requirements to carry-out labs exercises.
5. Develop, edit, and maintain documents and presentations of the content.
