To solve all problems that may arise with the concerned departments: manufacturing, quality, purchasing, marketing, logistics…
To study all terms and conditions which are vary as per different client
To arrange and organize Bill of quantity, specification and drawings for the suppliers.
To prepare cover letter as request for Quotation for local & international suppliers with terms & conditions.
Once starting receiving quotation from supplier will update prices in Breakdown sheets, and forward to Finance & supplier chain department for reviewing Bank charges and customs, freight.
After review, we need to discuss with management for final approval before sending to the client.
