•Preparing / finalizing the manpower budget with coordination and consultation of departments manager’s and company ‘s General Manager
•Entrusted with the responsibilities of handling performance appraisals, Personnel records updating, leave travel ad leave settlements, induction, training, separation managements etc
•Maintaining and developing HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of HR policies
•Responsible for training and development of all the employees, Providing effective training to the employees to achieve stated targets of the company
•Acted as the incharge of the full HR & Administration matters reporting to the Director of the Company & incharge of the Payroll of the Company activities of company with total manpower strength of 4000 skilled workers, engineerings, staff
•Preparing / finalizing the manpower budget with coordination and consultation of departments manager’s and company Chief Executive Officer
•Establishing employee retention strategies; Creating and implementing strategies for recruitment and retention of employees at all levels in all departments
•Maintaining and developing HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of HR policies
•Responsible for training and development of all the employees
•Responsible for Human Resource planning, Recuritment skilled and un skilled staff & Engineers, Projects Managers locally and internationally cost effectively and on time.
• Responsible for monitoring and sanctioning the staff leaves and handling supervision and control of visa / labour contracts / Work permits
