Responsibilities:
Client Premium arrears:
• Maintaining premium arrear reports for all the providers e.g. Zurich, FPI and Generali
• Dealing with all the outstanding premium issues
• Notifying wealth managers and clients with overdue premiums
Responsible for managing all payment issue:
• Maintaining, safe keeping and processing all the client cheques.
• Maintaining and processing credit card payments for all the clients.
Managing IT related tasks:
• Providing complete desktop support to administration team
• GVS Service - Administrating Globaleye valuation web application
Worked in First Gulf Bank from 15/6/08 till 15/1/09 as a ‘Scanning Assistant’

• Uploading Documents over banks main server and pertaining to corporate
Relationship for easy access to all internal stock holders

• Assist Staff with PC and desktop application issues
• Assisted credit department staff with account issues using First gulf bank Bank's PC-based computer system (OMNIDOC)
